Returns and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Middlewich Machinery for your ground care machinery needs. Our commitment is to provide you with quality products and excellent service. If, for any reason, you need to initiate a return, please review our policy below for a smooth and efficient process.
Online Purchases:
1. Eligibility for Return:
- Products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a replacement or full credit (excluding shipping costs) unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Products must be in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact Page.
- Provide necessary details, including your order number, contact information, and reason for the return.
- If the product was purchased online but picked up at our store location, the return must still be initiated through our Contact Page.
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for any reason.
- Credit for returned items should appear on your credit card/bank statement within four weeks.
- An email notification will be sent to you once the credit is processed.
Additional Information:
In-Store Purchases:
– If the purchase was made directly at our store location, please visit the store for returns.
Petrol-Powered Products:
– Items that have been fueled, even if drained, cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Manufacturer’s Warranty:
– For products with manufacturing defects, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty. Our team will be happy to assist you in coordinating inspections and repairs.
Conditions Not Eligible for Replacement or Refund:
Returned products under any of the following conditions are not eligible for a replacement or refund and may be rejected:
- Any product not purchased directly from Middlewich Machinery Ltd.
- Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (e.g., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).
- Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
- Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. Refund returns received in this condition may incur a restocking fee or be rejected.
- Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage.
- Any product that appears tampered with, customised, or altered in any way.
