I have a busy gardening round and my lawn mower broke beyond repair, after trying to find stock in a few places I came across middlewich machinery, Peter the owner had one set up for me the same day and although I had a couple of initial problem due to a manufacturing fault the issues were resolved absolutely no problem at all and I was never left without a mower so I never had to stop working, his knowledge of the equipment was unrivalled and he made sure I got the right mower for my needs. Jemma in sales is very friendly and knowledgeable and literally will go to any lengths to ensure my business can continue when things go wrong. Today a part on my mower snapped (wear and tear), I made a call at 7:30am and it was repaired and back working by 9:30am. In a nut shell every single person in middlewich machinery from owner to mechanic goes above and beyond, middlewich machinery is a credit to the industry, obviously I highly recommend for sales and service. thank you to all the staff at middlewich machinery.
Great buying experience from start to finish. I dealt with Jemma in sales who was excellent. Helpful, professional and super efficient. Always answered my calls and e mails promptly. I needed the roller urgently and she put calls into the supplier to expedite the delivery for me which actually took less than a week to arrive from receipt of payment. Also the most competitive price. Would not hesitate to use again. Highly recommended.
